The Ottawa Arboretum Festival didn't remain small very long! Now in its 3rd year, the week-long music festival has overtaken a number of venues in the nation's capital. And it's more than just about music. There have also been some interesting panel discussions about how to sustain our Canadian independent music culture in this government town.
Now in the final weekend, they have saved some of the best acts for last (eg. Kevin Drew, The Hilotrons, The Yips, The Constantines and much more). We will be chatting with Emmanuel Sayer, founder of Otttawa Explosion who is putting on the final after party on Saturday at Gaba Hey. It's an album release party for the New Swears.
