And a Happy Halloween to all the goblins out there!
![]() The past days in the Nation's Capital have been memorable, to put it mildly. And so it seems timely to be welcoming Afghanistan veteran Matt Luloff and his band Hearts&Mines to the studio this afternoon. Hearts&Mines have been making a name for themselves in Ottawa since their debut in 2011. Next weekend, they will be joining forces with other local bands for The 10th Annual Remembrance Day Canadian Legion Benefit Show. The event will be held at The House of Targ (1077 Bank Street) Friday, November 7th and at the Dominion Tavern (33 York Street) on Saturday, November 8th. The line-up includes: The Sons of Scotland Pipe and Drum Band, Hearts&Mines, Four Stroke, The Scally Cap Brats, Slumlord, Lindbergh Babies and introducing Outrigger. Tune in today at 5 pm on 89.1 FM or on-line at CHUO.fm or on iTunes radio. And a Happy Halloween to all the goblins out there! _
