Taylor Knox: Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist has been in demand in studio and on stage with many Canadian luminaries. Now he's branching out on his own with a new CD, Lines. The 6 song disc features his signature crunchy guitar and smooth harmonies in a genre we could call "power pop". He's performing at Irene's tonight with Christina Martin.
Racoon Bandit: From PEI, the band's latest album, Close Your Eyes was released in late summer. They are stopping by Ottawa tomorrow night at Raw Sugar Cafe.
Moonfruits: The Ottawa duo, Alex and Kaitlin will be joining us live in studio. They have a new album and a few shows lined-up in the coming weeks. Moonfruits will be performing at the Black Sheep this Saturday alongside Montreal songstress Katie Moore and again next weekend at Live on Elgin (Nov. 27) with the PepTides!
